My Bodybuilding Meal Plan to Save Time and Money

In this video I show what a sample day of eating looks like for me as I train for hypertrophy. My meals only take minutes to prepare, are rather inexpensive, and are pretty nutritious.

I find meal prep and eating enough calories to be much more difficult than maintaining a consistent strength training program. Hopefully, some of what I do will give you some ideas for your own meal planning and meal prep to save you time and money.

The prices listed are regularly priced; however, I can get these totals down considerably when these items are on sale. Also, I do most of my grocery shopping at Aldi, which helps save at least 30% when compared to traditional grocers.

I used the free version of the MyFitnessPal app to present some information in this video.
