A Gallon of Milk ( otherwise known as GOMAD ), plenty of steak, beef, dairy (including cheese, milk and cottage cheese) and of course, keeping it simple. Before the days of tracking calories and macros there were the old school bodybuilders. We attempted their daily routine – two workouts, tons of calories and a whole lot of grit. It wasn’t easy.
