Why body transformation is, yet difficult, but achievable for few but a dream for most? How celebrities are able to transform their skinning, obese bodies into muscular aesthetics? What’s the reason? There’s only one answer – nutrition, diet.

Nutrition is number 1 in turning your dreams into reality – whether you’re skinny or obese. We have been listening “Abs are made in the kitchen, Abs are made outside the gym”, this is true in fact the entire fitness is dependent upon nutrition/diet. But why kitchen? This is because everything that puts on muscle to your body is found in the kitchen. For example, meat, eggs, chicken, fish, sweet potato, chapati, rice, peanut butter, oatmeal etc.

Have you seen Aamir khan in film “Dangal”? How he went from 38% body fat to 9% body fat within five months? Answer is Nutrition. Nutrition is the king, nutrition is always the winner. Infact all celebrities focus on nutrition and therefore hire nutritionists and dietitians for their customized meal plans. Those nutritionists will never recommend the celebrities to opt for weight gainers or whey protein supplements all day long. Instead, they make structured meal plans that contains balanced amounts of carbohydrates, fats, proteins and greens.

For instance, egg whites and oatmeal in breakfast, rice and chicken in lunch while fish with chapati or sweet potato in dinner. Other than that, they have to eat something every 2-3 hours including peanut butter, potatoes, whey protein powders etc. So body transformation is more than just exercising in the gym.

People workout for hours in the gym, hitting every muscle at all angles for maximum muscle growth. But this accounts for only 20% in the overall development of their bodies. Yes guys, exercise and workouts are just 20% in fitness transformation. The other 20% is rest – sleeping for at least 8 hours a day for better muscle recovery.

The remaining 60% is your diet and nutrition, which helps you build muscles and lose fat. So focus on your diets, eat caloric dense foods. Now the question arises that where in the world are protein powders, whey powders, supplements? You will be amazed to know that out of 60% nutrition, whey supplements only accounts for 10-15%. That it! The other 85-90% is your nutrition or diet – egg whites, oatmeal, meat, chicken, rice, fish etc. that you easily find in your kitchen. So focus on your diets. Even if you take steroids, it only gives you the power to lift more weights. After lifting tons of steel you need nutrition/diet to fully recover and build new muscles. Nutrition is the key to achieving body aesthetics.

Be sure to focus your diet during Ramadan 2018. Diet during Ramadan is very crucial to maintain your weight during the Ramadan session. Don’t be fooled by improper diet plans and fatigue workouts during Ramadan. Be sure to have in mind that Ramadan is a month to lose sins not weight.
