In this video I’m following my old high school bodybuilding diet to build muscle. For me it was all about keeping it simple, cheap and getting a lot of calories and protein in.

Full workout:
Barbell overhead press 4 sets / 10-12 reps
Dumbbell Side raise 4 sets / 12-15 reps
Dumbbell front raise 4 sets / 10-12 reps
Dumbbell overhead tricep extension 5 sets / 12-15 reps
Superset with
Dumbbell hammer curl 5 sets / 10-12 reps each arm
